Questions and answers about parenting coaching
1. How long have you been doing this and what inspired you to become a parenting coach?
I have been a certified parenting coach for over 3 years, but my journey began much earlier. After graduating from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, specializing in special education, I felt that something was missing from my training. That “something” became clear with the birth of my son.
Becoming a mother, I understood that parenting is not just based on techniques or theories, but starts with ourselves, with how we regulate our emotions and how we respond from a place of calm and safety. I studied in depth topics such as nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, nonviolent communication and attachment – and integrated all this knowledge into my practice.
Today, I help mothers discover the same things that changed my life: how to raise a disciplined child without punishment and how to build a relationship based on communication, trust, and respect.
2. Who do you work best with?
I work with mothers who want more than just theoretical guidance. They want to:
- Stop the cycle of screaming and guilt.
- Raise resilient and emotionally balanced children.
- Find a parenting style that reflects their values, without punishments or forced rewards.
- Learn to understand their child and build a relationship based on empathy and deep connection.
If you find yourself in this, then I know I can make a difference in your life and that of your family.
3. Do you have children?
I am the mother of a beautiful 4-year-old boy and an angel girl who watches over us from heaven. Every day with him is a precious lesson – about patience, unconditional love, and the magic of authentic connection beyond words, time, and space.
4. What does your parenting approach look like?
I believe that every child needs to be seen, heard and understood, and their behaviors are just a way of communicating. My goal is to help parents understand what is really behind these behaviors and respond with empathy and calm.
My philosophy is based on connection, not control. I encourage parents to be their child's guide, not the "imposing" authority figure. I believe that true discipline is about teaching children to develop self-control, not fear consequences.
5. What kind of mothers do you work best with?
I work with mothers who:
- They are ready to look at their own emotional patterns.
- They want to break cycles of reactivity they inherited from childhood.
- They want real change, not just quick fixes.
6. Does parent coaching really work?
Yes, and I can say this with complete conviction. I've seen mothers who have completely transformed their relationships with their children. From a place of frustration and exhaustion, they've moved on to relationships based on respect and trust.
It takes time and commitment, but the results are real. In coaching, we focus on lasting change, not temporary solutions.
7. What results can I achieve?
- More confidence in yourself as a mother.
- A closer and more authentic relationship with your child.
- Practical strategies for responding calmly in difficult times.
- Clarity regarding healthy boundaries and discipline based on mutual respect.
8. How will we work together?
We work for 12 weeks, either individually (1:1) or in small groups. Each session lasts 90 minutes and includes practical homework for in-depth study.
Topics covered include:
- Parent and child emotional regulation.
- Nonviolent communication.
- Developing emotional intelligence.
- How to manage tantrums and tantrums.
You will receive ongoing support between sessions so that you don't feel alone in this process.
9. What can I do if I'm not sure I'm ready?
It’s normal to have questions! You can start with a free 30-minute consultation or with my free resources, like the “Tantrum Transformation” webinar. It’s a great first step to explore if this program is what you need.
10. How long will it take me?
It depends on how much you invest in the process, but most of my clients dedicate 2-3 hours a week.
