1. PRESENTATION

www.delightfullyparenting.com presents the services offered and the activity carried out by the owner. At the same time, the site provides the possibility of subscribing to receive periodic information (newsletter), the sale of services, as well as services for registering participants in various organized events, services subject to these terms, unless special conditions are stipulated for each individual case.
The following terms will be defined as follows:
· User – any person who accesses the site or who may register at any time on the site, being interested in the services of the site owner, subscribing to receive periodic information (newsletter) or registering as a participant in organized events and who implicitly agrees to comply with this set of rules, being responsible for his actions on the site;
· Service – providing the user with access to the platform through which he can subscribe to receive periodic information (newsletter), can register as a participant in events organized by the company. At the same time, “Services” means any services that are offered to the User for purchase, for a fee, through the website www.delightfullyparenting.com
· Order – request placed by the User through the website www.delightfullyparenting.com, through which the User expresses his commitment to purchase one or more Services, under the conditions provided for in this document and/or agreed with www.delightfullyparenting.com through a means of remote communication.

How to order services
The user can place orders through the website www.delightfullyparenting.com by selecting and adding the desired services to the shopping cart.
Adding a service to the shopping cart, without completing the order, does not result in the registration of an order.
The order will be considered completed upon full payment by the User of the price of the services in the order, through one of the payment methods accepted by the Provider as expressly indicated on the website www.delightfullyparenting.com.
By completing the order, the User confirms that all the data he has provided is correct, complete and true at the date of placing the order. By placing an order, the User explicitly acknowledges that the respective order implies his firm obligation to pay the indicated "total payment amount".
By completing the order, the User consents that www.delightfullyparenting.com may contact him/her, by any available means, namely automated call system without human intervention, e-mail, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the User.
Services purchased through www.delightfullyparenting.com may not be resold or distributed for commercial purposes. The user is prohibited from duplicating or distributing, in whole or in part, the accessed materials for use outside the purpose for which the service was provided, without the prior written consent of www.delightfullyparenting.com.
www.delightfullyparenting.com may cancel the order placed by the User, with concurrent or subsequent notification to the User, and without such cancellation incurring any liability of www.delightfullyparenting.com towards the User, in the following cases:
· non-acceptance of the Transaction by the bank issuing the User's card, in the case of online payment;
· invalidation of the Transaction by the card processor approved by www.delightfullyparenting.com, in the case of online payment;
· the data provided by the User when accessing the website www.delightfullyparenting.com are incomplete or incorrect;
· delightfullyparenting.com reasonably believes that by accessing the site and placing the order, the User is pursuing an illicit purpose or may cause any kind of damage to www.delightfullyparenting.com;
· any of the terms and conditions of this document have not been complied with.
Prices, invoices and payments
The prices of the Services displayed on the site are expressed in Lei. Any shipping or delivery fees are not included. The prices valid for the Services are those displayed on the website www.delightfullyparenting.com at the time of completing an order.
www.delightfullyparenting.com may update the prices of the Services at any time, and such update will supersede any previously displayed prices for such Services.
www.delightfullyparenting.com will issue the User an invoice for the Services delivered, the User's obligation being to provide all the information necessary according to the legislation in force for the issuance of the invoice by www.delightfullyparenting.com.
www.delightfullyparenting.com will send the User the invoice related to the order for the Services sold by www.delightfullyparenting.com in electronic format (by email, to the email address specified by the User in his/her Account or to the email address specified by the User when placing the order), depending on the option expressed by the User.
According to the legislation in force in Romania, for those Orders for which www.delightfullyparenting.com will accept payment by bank card, it will not request additional payments.
In the case of online payments, www.delightfullyparenting.com is not and cannot be held responsible for any other cost incurred by the User in addition to the price of the purchased Service, including, but not limited to, transfer or currency conversion fees applied by the bank issuing the User's card, if the card's issuing currency differs from the currency in which the sale is made.
Online with bank card through Netopia Payments (Visa/Mastercard).
If you have chosen the "Online by bank card" payment method, you will need to fill out a form with your card information on the payment processor's secure page.
– Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro)

Service packages represent those services that are made available to the User at the web address www.delightfullyparenting.com and that can be purchased by placing an order.
The User will access the payment page section and opt for one or more of the services or service packages. To complete the Order, the User will have to make the payment via the online payment platform.
After completing this, the User will receive a confirmation email from www.delightfullyparenting.com.
Service or product delivery policy.
The delivery of the Services will be made online, through online platforms agreed with the client, or by electronic mail to the e-mail address indicated by the User at the time of registration/placement of the Order or through the platform, after completing the payment by one of the means expressed on the website and within these terms and conditions.
www.delightfullyparenting.com reserves the right to delay or cancel any delivery of the ordered Services if it cannot be honored for reasons beyond the control of www.delightfullyparenting.com, which include but are not limited to: force majeure events, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest, fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, etc.
2. REGISTRATION
If you wish to benefit from any services offered on the website www.delightfullyparenting.com, you undertake and guarantee the following:
1) provide real, accurate and complete user data, as requested by the website registration form;
2) maintain or update any registration data that has undergone changes to keep it true, accurate and complete.
In order to purchase or subscribe to the newsletter on www.delightfullyparenting.com, you must enter your data in the order form in the case of purchases or in the registration form in the case of subscribing to the website's newsletter.
The site owner reserves the right (but not the obligation) to verify the accuracy of the users' registration data. If it is found that the information provided by the user is inaccurate, the site owner reserves the right to deny the user access to the services offered on the site, as well as registration and participation in organized events.
By accessing the site and the Services made available, the User guarantees that he/she provides the site owner with correct data and is solely responsible for the information provided.
3. USER OBLIGATIONS. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9. APPLICABLE LAW
By accessing this website, the User accepts that this contract and any dispute related to it are governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian laws, and the User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
The owner of the website www.delightfullyparenting.com does not guarantee that the content of this website complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of countries outside Romania. If the User accesses this website from outside Romania, he/she does so at his/her own risk and is solely responsible for complying with the laws of the country in which he/she is located.
10. FINAL CLAUSES
These terms govern user access to the website www.delightfullyparenting.com. If, after the launch of the website and the publication of these terms, additional functions or services made available on the website are implemented, they will be subject to the same rules and conditions contained in these clauses, unless they benefit from conditions distinct from these.
